Emofi provides access to non-custodial protocol interfaces and related tooling. Service availability, features, and parameters may change as the protocol evolves.
4. Non-Custodial Responsibility
You retain control of wallet credentials and signing authority. You are solely responsible for key management, transaction approvals, and account-level operational safety.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
Perpetual trading and leverage involve substantial risk, including potential total loss of collateral. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.
6. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
Content provided through Emofi channels is informational and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
Emofi may rely on third-party infrastructure, data providers, and wallet software. Emofi is not liable for failures outside reasonable control.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
use services for unlawful activity,
exploit, abuse, or disrupt protocol operations,
misrepresent affiliation with Emofi.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emofi contributors and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emofi-related parties for claims resulting from misuse, legal violations, or breach of these terms.
11. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms unless local law requires additional notice.
